Woman deputy is made editor at NowVideo sharing site YouTube is planning to launch a number of live channels later this year, The Observer reports.
“With webcams and hi-tech mobile phones, YouTube users could also broadcast live from breaking news stories before traditional media can get to the scene,” the paper suggests.
