Terror arrest helps Sentinel sales rise

The Sentinel in Stoke saw a record boost in newspaper sales and website hits on the back of its coverage of the arrest of a local al-Qaeda terror suspect.

Sales of The Sentinel and Sentinel on Sunday were up 23,000 throughout the week while the thisissentinel news section saw a record 300,000 readers logging on following the arrest of a local doctor.
