Ten extra new journalism jobs found today

Press Gazette has already posted its jobs update today but since we have found an additional ten new jobs for journalists we thought it best to let you see them.

There is an opportunity for an editor (£40K) on a magazine covering the global sports business. You should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent. You are a business magazine journalist with section editor experience and above, ideally within a leading B2B magazine publisher.

You must have a passion for sport, combined with an interest in marketing, media and events.

Job location: London

Kent Messenger Group is looking for a chief reporter. You will be a BJTC qualified and have relevant experience in a radio news room.

Conference & Incentive Travel is hiring a production editor (£30K). You should have magazine experience. You will have a detailed knowledge of production. You will have sub-editing and InDesign skills, and a working knowledge of Photoshop.

The Press Association is looking for a real life features writer. You are a journalist with experience as a feature writer or news reporter.

The London Word is looking for a culture writer and a features editor. You are well-connected to London’s cultural and social scene.

PC Plus is hiring a production editor. You should have experience of magazine production and sub-editing on a consumer newsstand magazine. You should have experience of InDesign. You will have an interest in technology.

Job location: South-West UK

ShortList is looking for a deputy editor. You are a deputy editor or an experienced section editor, with at least five years of experience.

Job location: London

Archant Dialogue is looking for an editorial assistant. Experience in publishing, particularly in using Quark is an advantage.
