The Evening Standard’s lucrative weekly supplement Homes & Property has marked its 10th birthday by branching out into TV.
An easing of TV regulations has enabled Homes & Property to sponsor a six-part ITV1 series of the same name.
The show will go out across London and the Southeast every Thursday at 7.30pm from 6 April.
TV presenter Emma Forbes is hosting the programme. Alison Cork, who writes the Homes & Property "Really Useful" column, is the only Standard contributor with a direct role in the show’s content.
Homes & Property editor Janice Morley said: "It is the strength of the Homes & Property brand itself that created this sponsorship opportunity.
"The magazine and the programme target the same audience and share similar values.
"It is a highly focused, integrated approach, which heralds a new era for the Evening Standard."
