Robert Peston beware – Korean blogger arrested

Robert Peston beware – a South Korean financial blogger could be jailed over is writing about the financial crisis..

‘Minerva’– his real name has not been revealed – predicted the fall of Lehman Brothers, and the crash of the Korean currency.

The South Korean government were particularly angered by a post claiming they had ordered financial institutions to stop buying dollars. They announced yesterday he had been arrested.

The Financial Times today reports Minerva could face seven years in prison if found guilty.
