Kent on Sunday has this week launched a monthly property magazine and website called West Kent Property Observer.
The first edition is 48 pages and covers the property market in Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge.
The magazine is available free at supermarkets, newsagents and local estate agents.

The magazine is aiming to have a pick-up circulation of 30,000 across the region within its first year.
Kent on Sunday, named the Newspaper Society’s free weekly newspaper of the year 2003, is moving to new offices in Ashford in the middle of April and is planning to expand its editorial staff.
