Sally de la Bedoyere, the former managing director of the London Evening Standard, has been appointed managing director of Rajar, following the resignation of Jane O’Hara last month.
De la Bedoyere, who was at the Standard for 17 years before resigning last year, will take up her post at the radio ratings research company on 5 January. She was working as a media consultant before her move to Rajar.
De la Bedoyere joined Associated Newspapers in 1986, heading up the Standard for two years before her departure. Prior to that, she was advertisement director for The Mail on Sunday from 1986-2000
