IPC’s weekly men’s title, Nuts, has promoted associate editor (news) Nick Soldinger to deputy editor, replacing Hans Seeberg.
Soldinger was part of the original team behind the magazine, which launched in 2004. Prior to that he worked on Loaded and Now.
Editor Dominic Smith said he was pleased to be promoting talent. “His appointment reflects the amazing contribution he has made to Nuts since launch, and I know he will make the most of his well-deserved promotion to deputy editor.”
Soldinger, who flew to Basra dressed as an elf to deliver Christmas presents to British troops, said: “I’ve worked at Nuts since the launch and am incredibly proud of all that we’ve achieved over the past four years.
“It’s a genuine pleasure to work with some of the funniest, most creative and – oddly enough – nicest people in the business.”
