Student journalists are to produce a one-off evening newspaper for hundreds of delegates at the Fabian Society’s annual conference.
The 18 MA journalism students from the London College of Printing will write, sub and design the paper to be given to up to 600 people as they leave the conference.
Those attending will include Robin Cook and journalists Will Hutton, Polly Toynbee, Jon Snow and David Aaronovitch.
The post graduates will be reporting on the day’s events, entitled “Politics Dead or Alive?”, which will take place on Saturday at London’s Imperial College.
Tickets for the conference cost £25 (£15 concession) and can be purchased in advance on 020 7227 4909 or by e-mailing nyc@fabian-society.org.uk until 7pm on Friday.
