Lachlan lands Outsource post

By Press Gazette

Former Computing journalist Stuart Lachlan has been appointed managing editor of a business magazine dedicated to outsourcing.

The quarterly title, due to launch on behalf of the National Outsourcing Association in April, will go out to NOA members and feature outsourcing options as well as practical case studies and advice on financial and employment implications.

Lauchlan said the launch was driven by “shrinking budgets” and the constant need for efficiency at the top of boardroom agendas. “Organisations are increasingly looking to streamline their businesses through outsourcing.

Outsource, which will retain editorial independence, will address all areas of the outsourcing conundrum,” he said.

Produced by London-based EMP Publishing, Outsource will have a distribution of 10,000.
