A magazine launched this week for Australians, New Zealanders and South Africans living in London. In London is the debut launch from Welcome Stranger, a media company chaired by TV presenter Clive James.
Although the magazine will have a “back home” section, editorial will concentrate on events in the capital rather than news and sport abroad. Welcome Stranger managing director Simon Larcey, who is also editing the title, said: “Most people these days access that information via the web, so we have decided to make our focus on what’s happening in London.”
Welcome Stranger also produces websites aussieinlondon.com and kiwiinlondon.com.
