Fair Game, the women’s football magazine, has been named as the
official magazine of the UEFA European Women’s Championship 2005.
Launched
in February 2003, Fair Game is the UK’s only women’s football magazine.
Editor Jen O’Neill said: “We have worked hard to promote women’s
football in the UK and Europe and it is with much pride that Fair Game
is to be officially associated with UEFA during this tournament.
“Euro
2005 sees the best teams in Europe coming to England, thereby
presenting an excellent opportunity to showcase women’s football.”
The tournament kicked off last Sunday, with the final taking place at Blackburn’s Ewood Park on 19 June.
