FT's Tracy Corrigan appointed assistant editor at the Daily Telegraph

Editor of the Financial Times’ (FT) Lex column Tracy Corrigan is joining the Daily Telegraph as assistant editor.

Corrigan has worked with the FT for 18 years in a number of roles including FT.com editor, news editor and New York correspondent.

She has written for the Lex column since January 2006.

In 2004 she was named consumer editor of the year by the Association of Online Publishers.

Telegraph editor Will Lewis said: ‘Tracy is a formidable journalist with a wealth of expertise. She is a welcome addition to the Telegraph’s top table.’

Head of Business, Damian Reece, said: ‘Tracy is one of Fleet Street’s most talented and senior financial journalists.”
