Evidence from the trial of the former leader of Lincolnshire County Council, Jim Speechley, is now available on the internet.
Speechley, who is appealing against his conviction and 18-month sentence for misconduct in public office, testified for three days from the witness stand at Sheffield Crown Court.
He answered questions about his ownership of land and his involvement with the selection of a route for a road. The transcripts are now available at www.orchardnews.com.
The material is the work of Lincolnshire local government journalist and lecturer Richard Orange.
