The role involves covering both origination stories and news and interviewing senior executives and uncovering exclusive unpublished information on deals. You should have a track record of breaking news in the energy sector and a solid contact book of banking and industry sources.

A publishing house is looking for an editor (£50K). You will be instrumental in building up its website and represent it at industry events and the titles own events and awards. You should have managed an editorial team, with solid online journalistic skills. A background in scientific, technical background will be an advantage.

Official PlayStation, a magazine from Future, is hiring an operations editor on a fixed term contract for six months to cover maternity leave. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of copy flow, text and organisation for the magazine. You will also sub-edit and proof InDesign pages, cut copy to fit, check page furniture and re-write copy where necessary.

You will have prior experience of sub-editing and magazine production on a consumer newsstand magazine with good Adobe InDesign skills on an Apple Mac.
