Drapers, the fashion business weekly, has made a number of changes to its team.
Khabi Mirza has been promoted from deputy fashion editor to fashion editor.
Mirza
joined Emap Retail from The VAR in 1997 to work on the monthly
Menswear. He was part of the team that merged with the weekly Drapers
Record in October 2002 to form Drapers.
Mirza replaces Nicola Wood, who has moved to Happy as associate editor and fashion writer.
Charlotte
Marrion, who joins from Bliss for Brides, and Stephen Spear, who has
freelanced on various Emap Retail titles for several years, are both
additions to Draper’s fashion desk.
Within its features
department, Louise Foster, deputy features editor, has left to take up
the position of features editor on Emirates Woman in Dubai. Senior news
reporter Ase Anderson has transferred from the Drapers news desk to
become a senior feature writer. The magazine is currently seeking a
replacement senior news reporter.
