A Canadian journalist has been released by her captors in Afganistan after being abducted and kept in a cave for four weeks.
journalist with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation Mellissa Fung was abducted on 12 October by armed men at a refugee camp on the outskirts of Kabul taken to the mountains west of the city.
Fung said she was not hurt, but described how she was held in a cramped hole in the ground and sometimes chained and blindfolded.
She was freed with the help of local tribal elders.
