Former Big Brother contestant Lesley Sanderson has launched a legal battle for libel damages of more than £300,000 in a row over stories in the Daily Star.
She claims stories headed "Lesley's a Ton of Fun" and "Her Dad caught us on the job" were defamatory and is demanding damages from publishers Express Newspapers.
The writ was issued by solicitors Carter-Ruck.
The 19-year-old sales co-ordinator, who spent just 15 days in the Big Brother house before being evicted during the 2005 edition of the reality-television programme, is also seeking an injunction preventing repetition of the allegations at the centre of her claim.
The allegegations appeared in two stories that were published in May and June 2005.
