UK news agency and online video specialist has announced a series of new hires bringing its total staff headcount to more than 60.
Former ITV production manager and online strategist Adam Mudditt has been appointed as the company’s head of video production.
Former Sun reporter Daniel Howlett has joined the US operation as a reporter.
In London, features reporter Emma Lowe has joined after previously working for The Daily Mail, and two new Live Content Researchers have joined the team: Mark Hodge and Rebecca Lewis.
Former CNBC video editor Kyle Waters has also joined the London team and former Bizarre magazine news editor Alix Fox has been named Barcroft’s head of social media.
Amanda Stringfellow has joined as a news reporter.
Barcroft Media specialises in providing quirky human-interest stories and video content.
Its Youtube channel Barcroft TV has nearly 600,000 subscribers.
