Entries are being sought from journalists for the David Watt Prize 2003.
The prize was established by Rio Tinto in 1988 to commemorate the life and work of David Watt, one of his generation’s outstanding writers, thinkers and political commentators, who died in 1987.
The prize of £7,500 is awarded for an entry making an outstanding contribution towards the greater understanding of political issues, whether national, international or global.
The closing date for entries and nominations is 31 March 2003.
