London-based Mondehouse has published an annual glossy travel planner, Caribbean Eye, the
only UK newsstand title exclusively covering the region. The title
a comprehensive guide to some of the beaches and tourist hotspots over
35 islands including Barbados and the Bahamas plus celebrity news and
features. A free supplement to next year's Cricket
World Cup, staged in the West Indies, is also planned.
Mondehouse publisher, Derrick Ormonde said the company planned to launch other titles and supplements through the Caribbean Eye brand and possibly future travel magazines focusing on
other exotic locations in the world.
