Toggies get shot on NCTJ Board

The NCTJ has appointed four new members to the photography board.

At the helm, as chairman, is Steve Phillips, group picture editor at the South Wales Evening Post in Swansea. Phillips succeeds Peter Dash, and also takes on the role of chief examiner of NCTJ photography qualifications for the training body.

The photography board is also joined by three new members, all experienced NCTJ-qualified photographers. They are Dean Kedward, picture editor of the Portsmouth News; Robert Rathbone, a Nottingham-based freelance with 20 years’ experience; and Paul Sanders, picture editor of The Times.
