Time Out has produced a special 84-page guide for the Notting Hill Carnival, which takes place this weekend in London. It has published a carnival guide for more than 10 years and it is usually one of the biggest-selling issues of the year.
The 2003 guide features the Carnival’s “New Generation”, an interview with popstar Amy, tipped to be the next Ms Dynamite, drum’n’ bass stars Cyantifik, as well as a lowdown on getting high and the best routes to take. The supplement and carnival map will be free inside copies of the 20 August issue of Time Out.
An additional 50,000 maps will also be handed out at the carnival.
