Sun campaign damages Starbucks reputation

The Sun has made a dent in Starbucks’ brand reputation following its revelation about how much water is wasted vy the coffee chain.

According to YouGov’s BrandIndex – which shows whether people have heard positive or negative statements about a brand – Starbucks dropped from zero to –13 last Friday when The Sun revealed that it had been successful in its campaign to stop the chain leaving taps on it all its shops worldwide.
