Bizarre 100

17 June 2005

Bizarre, the magazine dedicated to the freaky, sexy and insane, has unveiled a more "conventional" design in order to become more accessible to readers, according to editor Alex Godfrey.

New art director David Kelsall masterminded the redesign in time for the Dennis title's 100th issue, out next month. The changes include a revamped logo and a "simpler, clearer and more eye-catching layout".

Godfrey said: "Before the redesign there was a lot of chaos on the page. It looks more like a conventional magazine now."

The 100th issue features a "greatest hits" of the magazine's past editions, as well as an interview with the first ever femaleto- male transsexual porn star, Buck Angel.

The title will be marketing itself over the summer on the internet and through festival appearances.
