New editor for Mountain Bike Rider

Matthew Hampton has been appointed as the new editor of IPC Media’s Mountain Bike Rider.

Hampton, who takes up his post with immediate effect, was previously working as a freelance writer, contributing to Time Out and The Sun, along with the Daily Mail, Daily Express, Metro, The Observer, The Dallas Morning News and The Washington Post.

Prior to freelancing, Hampton was features and supplements editor for three years at Reed Business Information’s Travel Weekly magazine.
