Regional Press Awards 2001

By Press Gazette

It’s time for the regional press to delve into the year’s archives and pull out the very best of the country’s journalism.
The annual Press Gazette Regional Press Awards lunch will be held this year on Friday, 6 July, at the Hilton Hotel, in London’s Park Lane and we are already preparing for a record competitive year after some of the stories and campaigns and features we have written about during 2000/2001.
Deadline for entries is Monday, 30 April, for work published between 2 April 2000 and 1 April, 2001. Look out for entry forms in forthcoming issues of Press Gazette.
Entry forms and details can also be obtained from Nicky Lusignani, the events organiser, at Press Gazette, Quantum House, 19 Scarbrook Road, Croydon, Surrey CR9 1LX. Telephone: 020 8565 4463 or email nickyl@qpp.co.uk
