Former journalist and editor Victoria Lubbock has, along with
co-shareholders Alan Binnie and Rebecca Collings, sold 100 per cent of
Recruit Media’s share capital to fellow directors Melanie Bennett and
Melissa Coxon in an management buy-out deal.
The company was established at the outset of the desktop publishing revolution.
One
of the first recruitment consultancies to address the need for online
and interactive creatives in 1993, it now boasts a turnover of nearly
£4 million.
Lubbock, founder and chair of the company said: “I
have been interviewing people for over 25 years, ten as a
journalist/editor in my previous career and 15 in creative recruitment.
It’s time to try something different.”
