Was it really just 12 months ago that an indignant press was bemoaning the chilling effect of super-injunctions brought out to protect the blushes of philandering celebs?
Thankfully such orders are now largely a thing of the past. But after Lord Leveson has finished his inquisition there could be far more stringent controls in place on the press, and on all journalists.
