Photographers pap muggers who stole their cameras

By Dominic wireposts

Two photographers managed to ‘pap’ their own attackers when they were mugged in Kilburn North London.

David Mepham and David Lucas had been sent to Messina Avenue, off Kilburn Avenue, to snap Harry Potter actor James Waylett when they were robbed by three young men who took a still camera and a video camera from them.

The pair were in a car and managed to lock the doors. When they started photographing the trio of robbers they ran off.

Mepham told the Ham and High: “I am very frustrated that this happened and I really just want my camera back now.”

Here is the picture of the robbers as published by the agency they were working for – TMZ – which has appealed for information about the robbers.

TMS reports that the photograph was taken by another photographer at the scene.

Anyone with information should call 0207 404 1212 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
