John Penrose, aka Mr Anne Robinson, recently ordered a car to pick him up in central London and drive him back to his home in Gloucestershire.
But sadly, the country driver didn’t know London terribly well and, en route to pick him up, ended up in Hyde Park, so thought he would play a tourist for a couple of hours. Alas, he didn’t put enough money in the meter and his car was quickly pounded for the night. How, I wonder, did Penrose make it home?
