Technology publisher Future yesterday announced the internal promotion of Paul Douglas and Patrick Goss to newly created roles within TechRadar.
Douglas, previously the Bath-based editor for the technology website, takes the role of global editor-in-chief and will work with international teams to develop TechRadar and expand its brand globally.
Former London editor, Goss, is now the UK editor-in-chief and will manage all aspects of UK editorial operations.
Douglas said: “Following the recent launch of TechRadar in the US I’m delighted to be playing a continued part in TechRadar’s international expansion.”
Goss paid tribute to the Bath and London teams, adding: “They are without doubt the most talented people I have ever had the honour to work with, and I am delighted to be continuing our drive for excellence as we build on our status as the UK’s most popular technology website.”
Publisher of TechRadar, Nick Merritt, said: “These promotions reflect the superb work both Paul and Patrick have done for TechRadar over the last few years. TechRadar is already one of the world's biggest technology sites and these new roles will help us accelerate even further."
