Nuts is to host its own football championship as part of a
partnership deal with an urban football site that attracts 85,000 men a
week to its matches.
The IPC lads weekly has become the
official men’s magazine of Powerleague, and will be advertised across
its UK locations as well as holding the 5-a-side championship in July.
In
keeping with Nuts’ style, there will be prizes for ‘showboater of the
championship’, ‘best dive’, ‘best goal celebration’, ‘best player’ and
‘best save’ and the final, in Manchester, will be attended by “leading
glamour girls”, the company said.
In return, Powerleague will receive advertising in Nuts and online at www.nuts.co.uk
