NoSweat lecturer

By Press Gazette

NoSweat Journalism Training has recruited a former Scottish weekly newspaper editor to help it cope with a significant increase in demand.

Philip Cowan, until recently editor of the Clydebank Post, has become a lecturer at the London-based college, which is expanding its journalism training. He said: “No job can match the buzz of editing a successful weekly like the Clydebank Post, but for me, it was time to move on. I found that the most fulfilling part of being editor was developing staff and that is why I have turned to training.”
