The Kent and Sussex Courier and Sevenoaks Chronicle have launched a new magazine supplement.
Life supersedes the previous in-paper leisure guide and includes more content,covering style, food and drink, travel, gardening and health. Its editor is Lucia Blash, who joined the company from Metro in February.
Kent and Sussex Courier editor Giles Broadbent said: “Feedback is positive. Our newspapers – and the marketplace – were crying out for an elegant and informative leisure and lifestyle weekly supplement and we believe we have found the right formula.”

The launch coincided with the Courier’s move to presses in Staverton which allow for more colour and more flexibility. The titles’ Home Buyer supplement is now also printed separately.
Broadbent added: “We had only a few weeks to get the product up and running but it already has the confidence and feel of a long-
established title.”
