Ideal Home magazine has recruited Chris Thurston as its new art director.
He joins the IPC South Bank title from Prima Baby, where he was art director for two years, overseeing a successful redesign last year.
He was previously art director at OK! and Prima.

The signing of Thurston is the first senior appointment made by new editor Susan Rose since joining from the National Magazine Company at the end of last year. “Chris is an immensely experienced and talented art director who really understands how to deliver what the middlemarket consumer wants,”said Rose.
Thurston takes up his new role at Ideal Home in the spring.
