The Metropolitan Police has beaten McDonalds and the BBC to win a magazine award.
Its internal magazine, The Job, has been named the UK’s best internal communication publication by Communicate Magazine.
McDonalds came second, the BBC’s Ariel came third, while DWPeople from the Department for Work and Pensions and Upfront from Lloyds TSB completed the shortlist.
The Job editor Jon Watkins said: ‘It includes everyone from murder investigators to canteen staff.
‘Our aim is to build a sense of togetherness, and to show how each person’s role contributes to the overall goal.”
