Britain’s ninth richest man, Bruno
Schroder, and his mistress Suzanne von
Maltzan are facing a legal battle for
libel damages of more than £300,000.
Schroder’s former girlfriend, Elaine
Decoulos, is suing them, and their lawyer
James Harcus, over a story in Richard
Kay’s column of the Daily Mail.
Miss Decoulos is also suing Associated
Newspapers over the 2005 story, which
was headed “Billionaire haunted by
mistress”.
