Lords to hear OK! Zeta case

By Press Gazette

Lawyers for OK! are to take the longrunning court battle over the
wedding pictures of Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas to the
House of Lords.

The magazine was last month ordered by the Court
of Appeal to pay back nearly £2m in damages, costs and interest which
it won from rival Hello!

OK! had a £1m contract with the couple, allowing it exclusive coverage of the wedding in New York in November 2000.

Both OK! and the Douglases took Hello! to court after it published unauthorised pictures taken by gatecrashers.
