The 68-page first issue features an interview with the country’s first Diversity Minister, Tony McNulty; looks at the gender gap that is holding back female engineers and scientists and includes a survey of private sector diversity managers. The magazine’s aim is to become a platform for debate and analysis of equality issues and initiatives.
