IPC editors go above par at Golf Monthly

IPC’s Golf Monthly has announced an editorial shake-up including three senior appointments ahead of the relaunch of its website next month.

Instruction editor Neil Tappin, who joined IPC doing work experience in 2002, has been promoted to deputy editor. Jezz Ellwood, who joined the title in 2002 as equipment editor has been promoted to assistant editor, and sub-editor Luke Norman has been promoted to senior staff writer. He joined Golf Monthly in September 2006 and previously worked at The Daily Telegraph, Press Association and IMG’s Trans World Sport.

Golf Monthly editor Mike Harris said: ‘Neil, Jezz and Luke are immensely talented journalists and passionate club golfers who epitomise my desire for Golf Monthly to be a magazine produced ‘by golfers for golfers’.’
