Bath-based publisher Infinity Media has appointed three staff to work on its literary magazine Ink, which launches next month.
Neville Marten joins as editorial director from Future Publishing. He was formerly a senior editor across Future’s music titles and editor of Guitarist magazine.
He said: “I can’t wait to work with Infinity Media and help to develop the future of this very exciting company. The first launch is Ink, a mainstream book magazine and the first of its kind on the market. We are also working on a number of new launches.”
Senior art editor Mark Thomas also joins from Future Publishing, where he was responsible for artwork on Guitarist.
Lionel O’Hara has joined Infinity as commercial director from Variety, published by Reed Business Information, where he was international sales director.
Ink, the company’s first launch, hits the news-stands on 13 November.
