As an essential public service, we must communicate effectively with all the communities we serve.
In this newly created post you will manage the day to day delivery of external and internal communications for both Lincolnshire Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire.
You will be equally comfortable developing strategy and supporting live operational issues whilst leading and inspiring a small but highly motivated team. You will already have an innate sense of how to reach our many audiences with the right message, at the right time, using the right channel.
