Guardian NUJ chapel protests in support of MEN

Members of the Guardian NUJ chapel protested outside their headquarters in London today in support of their Manchester Evening News colleagues.

A petition with 150 signatures was later handed in to Guardian Media Group chief executive Bob Phillis deploring the axing of 27 editorial jobs at a time when the MEN had made a £32.2m profit.
