Great balls of steel

The Caravan Club Magazine has seen an increase in circulation as a result of its “Balls of Steel” campaign.

According to the magazine, the campaign resulted in a jump in membership and increased awareness after it made front-page news in The Independent and reports on News at Ten, BBC News and Sky.

The campaign – a reference to tow bars – aimed to highlight the benefits of caravanning to the UK economy. The title reported sales of 311,438 in the latest ABCs.
