Jamie Bill, publishing director of Condé Nast Traveller, has been appointed publishing director of GQ, replacing Peter Stuart, who is retiring this year.
Bill, a former publisher at the National Magazine Company, where he was responsible for titles including Esquire and Harpers & Queen, joined Condé Nast in 2000.
Condé Nast managing director Nicholas Coleridge said: “Jamie Bill is perfectly placed to head up the business side of GQ. His client contacts in the areas of fashion, watches and cosmetics are among the best in the business.”
