GQ makes major appointments

GQ has appointed two new commissioning editors. Jonathan Heaf,
currently associate editor of Pop, and Paul Wilson, currently GQ’s
deputy chief sub-editor.

Heaf was previously associate editor of The Face , and has worked for The Guardian, French Vogue and Arena Homme Plus.

Heaf said: ” GQ boasts a razor-sharp sense of style.

“It would be impossible to be anything but thrilled to land a job here,” he added.

Wilson
will be editing the Details section. Editor Dylan Jones said of his
promotion: “Paul has done a sterling job on the subs desk, and has been
editing our Gear pages for a while, so is perfectly suited to take on
Details. His proposal was leagues ahead of everyone else’s.”

GQ has promoted Andrew Morris to features associate and Philippa Gordon- Smith to fashion production coordinator.
