Glamorous promotions

Women’s glossy monthly Glamour has rewarded its fashion team with a host of promotions. Claudia Mahoney, currently executive retail editor, has been promoted to the newly created role of executive fashion and beauty editor. Mahoney will be working to further strengthen and develop the relationship between the Condé Nast title and the fashion industry. In addition, Mahoney’s new remit will encompass beauty, as well as continuing her responsibility for reader events and the Glam Happenings pages.

Emer Dewar has been promoted to associate fashion director and Sarah Clark has been promoted to senior fashion editor. Clark has been with the magazine full-time for more than 20 years, and this new title is in recognition of her work across the fashion pages and beyond, including styling celebrity covers.
