The Daily Mirror is bringing back its anti-racism campaign, Hope Not Hate, for a third successive year.
The bus tour leaves London today and will visit locations including Leicester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester, St Helen’s, Sedgefield and Bishops Auckland before ending up in Stoke-on-Trent at the end of this month.
Mirror editor Richard Wallace said: “It is vital that this country remains a place where hope and harmony triumph over hate and division.
“Britain’s fair, equal, multi-cultural society is one of our greatest assets and must be celebrated and protected.”
The campaign will receive extensive coverage in the Mirror, with progress reports each day on where the bus has been.
