has announced the next stage of its “High-Heel Vote” campaign, after
its interviews with the three main party leaders garnered huge press
attention last month.
For this month’s issue, the magazine
visited six UK cities and interviewed 600 women about how they planned
to vote. The interviews revealed that more than 40 per cent of 16 to
24-year-olds had already decided not to bother.
Editor Sam Baker said: “Our survey shows that politicians still have a job to do engaging with young women.”
